I know that I have already contacted a few of you by email and that you have been great at getting back in touch with me. However, I’ve also decided to use this chat site to make my request for the following.
I'd like to ask that any members attending the Anniversary Meet from your Region please bring your VCCA Region Banners and (State) Flags (if you have one). I would like to hang them at the Banquet, to show what Regions are represented.
For our members that are attending from outside the USA, I ask that you bring your National Flag, along with your Banner.
I would also like to ask for volunteers to help set up the Banquet Area, decorate, hand out programs at the door and several individuals to watch over the children at their Banquet. And lastly, if you have any fund-raiser items that you would like to donate as part of the table setting and centerpieces, we would be most grateful!!
