Due to personal reasons, Bob Cramer is no longer able to continue serving as the Area 2 Director, and therefore also as a member of the national Board of Directors. The Executive Committee is therefore seeking a candidate to fill this position, as an interim Director. This appointment would last until the next annual national election, which will be held in late 2005. Of course, this person would be welcome to run at that time and continue in the position.
Obviously, many active members visit this website regularly. This vacancy will also be brought to the rest of the membership's attention in the February G&D.
Do not be intimidated by the position. If you are interested in serving your Area, and being a member of the national Board, please volunteer. It is a rewarding experience!
Requirements include being a member of the national Club in good standing, and a resident of VCCA Area 2 (central coastal, and northern California).
