Keystone Region
November 10, 2005
Director: Ron Flory
2631 Waltonville Road
Hummelstown, PA 17036

Dear Ron,
On behalf of the VCCA I would like to thank you and your Region members for the fantastic barbeque and social during Hershey. To undertake such an event resulting with over 100 VCCA members attending was quiet a challenge. The total process was orchestrated perfectly. Beginning with advertising so members knew the Keystone Region was to have a gathering, through every aspect! Parking could not have been managed better; the cooking staff was beyond belief keeping the many hungry mouths happy. For you and Judy to open your home to such an event was truly appreciated. Having the various Chevrolets on display was an added level of enjoyment. It goes on and on!
The most amazing aspect of the event was that it was planned and executed by a New VCCA Region that is not even a year old! Please express the gratitude of all VCCA members to the Keystone Region members.

Sincerely
Dave Cavagnaro

Hello Dave,

Thank you very much for the kind words. And Thank You to all the members who attended and helped make it a great event. Our Keystone Region Members did an outstanding job and without their dedicated assistance, this event could not have been possible. Even my neighbor pitched in by helping to park cars.

As you know last year we did the cookout and social on a word-of-mouth basis before our Keystone Region was even formed and we had about 14 people here. This year we decided to go to a larger scale and advertised it in the G&D. We were amazed at the response as the RSVP's started rolling in. As you mentioned we had approximately 100 guests here.

We have already formed a committee to start planning next years 2nd Annual Keystone Region Picnic. We hope to have it bigger and better for next year. Any suggestions for improvement would be appreciated.

Also, Dave, your Baked Ziti was an added treat to the meal. We'll look forward to having that again next year too.

Thanks Again
Ron Flory
Director Keystone Region
