I put a 12 volt system in my '41 Chev. Can I find a battery with the posts aligned so that I can still use the '41 battery bracket? I haven't been able to use the bracket since the posts are so close to the outside of the battery.
The battery fits in bottom part, but I can't get the top bolts on. What are my options?
I would like to keep the '41 bracket, if I can.
Help. Thanks,

Dan.

Don't think that the '41 bracket will work on a 12 volt battery. Your options probably are either to go back to 6 volts, or to use a universal battery bracket for the 12 volt battery. :( :( :(
