Horn has about 2 ohms across terminals. Inside case, wire3 broken off (or cooked off) a black tubular object about 1 1/2 iches long and 1/2 ich oval shape (looks like a resistor). What is the black object? If a resistor, with what value resistor should it be replaced? Any other suggestions about checking if the horn is functional or can be made functional will be appreciated. First I must disassemble and clean out the accumulated crud from the car sitting in a field somewhere before I started restoring it.
