I have a Delco Remy transistor ignition system kit no.1964342 1#U-2100 in the delco box and would like to know a little more about it.I think dad had it in the early sixtys ,Wondered if anyone else has one or heard of them . Its a transistor in a heat sink with a special coil ,a couple resistors and some wire and uses stock points, this must one of the first of its type ,any ideas ?

This is a twelve volt unit I put it in the wrong place,Must be that oldtimers disease.
