Hello Guys!!,,,I need some help here,,,I have a 50 Chev 3spd,,the thing about it the tranny keeps chewing up the speedometer cable(in the tranny),,Doe's the tranny need more grease in there or is there a gear in there ready to go out,,,The tranny really is a good one too... stressed stressed

Change out the speedometer. Probably makes some squeeking noises anyway.

Also remove the inner speedometer cable and lubricate it.
