I am restoring a 1969 Chevelle and am disappointed in the reproduction Roof Rail Weatherstripping. I have tried Steele, metro and Softseal rubber. None have a groove or ends like the originals.

Are there other folks that have made this observation?

Jeff, I think that that is what you will find unless you can find some NOS from an old Chevy parts house, they probably will be hardened too badly to use. I got a set for my 68 Impala Sport Sedan from Impala Bob and they function ok, after they were installed.
