I'm a writer and need information about 1946 Chevy pickups. Were they designed with heaters? Thanks for your help.

A heater was not factory installed in any Chevrolet car or truck prior to 1955. The heater was installed by the dealer or owner if desired. In 1946 the car and truck heater shared the same heater.
