I have a problem with driving on low steady rpm.
Just checked the dizzy, changed the little things and it helped a bit.
Then I noticed that when I rev the engine quickly, dizzy moves like it should but when I give it steady gas (say 2000rpm) for a period of time, the dizzy moves back where it is when at idle.
That should not happen, right?
It should stay "pulled" by the force of engine vacuum and keep the spark advanced, right?

So I have a leak somewhere between carb and dizzy, right?

I would suspect the diaphragm in the vacuum advance is leaking.

It had a moch larger air volumn and sold for makng the ride more comfortable.
