Looking for the correct way to mount duel trumpet horns on a 34 master. I finally found a pair but they are missing the mounting brackets. I know the topic was discussed here before but I can't find any thread that illustrates the proper way to mount the horns.

Thanks,

Chuck

The Mounts would be the same as on the 35-36's. I can send you the measurements but 34 Masters did not have Trumpet Horns, 35 Master was the first year but maybe you already knew that.

The accessory horns (ling chrome trumpet horns) were an accessory for 1934 all models and 1935 Standards. They mount to and clamped onto the head light support bars. The 1935 Master and all 1936 models had the painted trumpet horns the mounted to the firewall to radiator rods under the hood.

Trumpet horns were also factory options on the '32 & '33 models.

I did see it in Colorado Springs and met Charlie. But I never saw anything under the Hood. He was the one who got me the Bracket for the Front Bumper opposite the License Plate Bracket.

Does this help Chuck? Mine are aftermarket built by Mr. Nuxall. The brackets were only half there. found the other end on eBay. the upper part are pipe clamps.

Thanks Pat. That does help a lot. At least now I know what type of bracket I need.

That is nothing like the brackets mine had.

The 1933 Master came with one shorter chrome horn on the left side and the right horn was a dealer installed accessory.

I think this is the correct horn mounting bracket for 1933. I don't know if they are similar mounts for 1934-36.

Notting line a 1934. The 1934 clamps to the bar and is chrome plated.
