So, I bought a crate engine at Hershey. It was cheaper than putting together an old mess of parts that I've had forever. Any, I'm wondering if this would be internally or externally balanced so I can buy a flywheel for it. Here's the stamping on the pad:

I was told it's a 283 factory service engine built in '67. It has a two barrel intake manifold, same heads as my '63 250 HP 327, and a water pump. No distributor, no flywheel, no fuel pump, no carb. It's beautifully sparkling clean inside.
Thanks for any help here!

That would have been a production engine so it would have been perfectly balanced internally.
I would have the flywheel and clutch balance checked.
