when shifting 3-speed on my 50 at slow speeds shifting from second to third no problem but sometimes when i really wind it up it comes out of second fine but sometimes wont go into third without moving shifter back up to neutral and trying a couple of times to get into third all bushings are new it just started doing this as i have been driving car a little more than usual.also sometimes when first starting it seems like gears are stuck till it warms up

If the transmision was rebilt the various parts may need to wear in a little.

Have you checked the clutch adjustment and operation?
