Chevy only offered a 2 piece visor for the sedan cars.

Chevy did not offer an outside visor for the 1949-1952 hardtop cars.

The only visor that will fit is the Pontiac '49-'52 one piece "Ballcap" hardtop visor.

Oldsmobile also sold a visor for the 1950 76 and 88 two door hardtops. It was a nice looking two piece and has louvers on the ends where it attaches to the A pillar.
It is quite rare due to its limited use and should not be confused with the almost the same looking visor used on sedans.
The Pontiac visor is much more common as it fit their 1950-1952 hardtops which were a popular model for Pontiac.

Correct Gene.

Those visors were made by "Precision Products".

Back in "those days" in the dealershop we installed more of the Oldsmobile Cadet visors on Chevrolets than the Poniacs. We rarely installed a Chevrolet visor and the majority we installed were Fultons.
Being GM we could order the Olds and Pontiac visors through GM Parts Division.

With the Pontiac/Canadian Chevrolet visor, the difference between the hardtop & sedans is found in the end brackets. The sedans have a curve where they are bolted to the drip rail, and the Belair has a straight edge as pictured in Mothertrucker's post above...

The end brackets for the sedan visor connect to the outer edge of the drip rails.

The end brackets for the hardtop visor connect directly to the body at the top of the pillars.

What I was looking for is the measurement of the bracket width that attaches to the "A" pillar. That information was never offered in any posting. The other measurement I needed I found in the 1950 Accessoories Installation Manual that I just borrowed. Sorry that I took up so much of your valuable time.
