Has anyone had any experience with Nu Chrome in Seekonk MA?

http://nu-chrome.com/

A fellow VCCA member is experiencing difficulty at the moment with responsiveness concerning a couple of window trim pieces the vendor appears to have lost.

At this point I would say avoid Nu Chrome like the plague, but there's always two or more sides to a story, so I'd like to hear from anyone who has used their services. Thanks!

iagree

I was lucky when I used them several years ago. I had to keep pestering them 2 or 3 times a week in order to get my bumper back at the time they promised me. Multiple people have complained about the poor service and lost items.

The telling story is that several years ago , they were banned from advertising in Hemmings Motor News because of bad service and lost items. This discussion has been held before in Chat as well as in Chevy Talk.

Stay away from them!!!

Hi Ken, Sorry for the delay in responding. Thanks for the feedback. I'll advise the other member to keep pestering them and not give up. Cheers!
