I cannot get the chat page to remember me when I log on. A short time ago some one suggestedreposting the web site to my favorites by copying the address from the address line. Worked for about two or three days. Now I have to log in every time I go to the website. Any one who can help?

Perhaps your computer is not set up to accept cookies?

Beyond my knolwedge, all I know is that for yearsI have had no problem then all of a sudden two sites that I check into on a daily basis became a problem. I will get my neighbor computer guru over here to check out your comments. Thank you.

Oh, so it wasn't just me...lol Did you read my post last week about this...? You can see it, if you missed it, by typing in my username on the user list and scroll down my "posts" to "logged off" and you'll be able to read the comments... Anyway, this was also happening to me and I think it was because I had been doing some "house cleaning" and I had inadvertently "thrown the baby out with the bath water" I logged back in...clicked on "save" and had no problems since...Good Luck...Kevin

The "remember me" feature is wholly dependant upon how your local PC performs. It needs to be able to save a small "cookie" to your computer. Then when you log in, if it can find it, then you are logged in automatically.
Nothing that I can change on this end to make it work better for ya. Sorry.
Oh, one thing you MIGHT want to try -- Delete your old Chat cookie first. Then use "Remember Me" again.
Look for the RED "Kill my Chat Cookies" down the right hand column on this (and all) Chat pages.

Ya, twice this week I had to re-log back in? I may have to raid the cookie jar as well.
