Hello, I was wounder if any knew if there was a fuse somewhere on the brake lights? My brakes are now not working. I replaced the switch on the master cyclinder and I checked the two lines going in to it and found no power. All my other lights work, but the brake light, no power going in or out.

My vehicle is a 1939 Chevy Master Deluxe

Do you have a shop manual or a wiring diagram for your 1939?

By the way, that is a great looking car!

I expect you will find the problem is a broken wire as the fuse protects all the lights. You wrote that the other lights worked.

One wire going to the switch should be hot.

Found the problem, The hot wire was broke. So I just ran a new wire to the switch.

Thank you
