Greetings! joeyk3950 here. Help! Just found out 1957 Chevy's equipped with245hp engines, had a Hydro-vac power brake unit. Was it the same unit used on larger1957 Chevy trucks? Can anyone hep me with the correct part number? Or correct unit? Thanks Individual on ebay has used and NOS units, if I get a used one,is there anyone who rebuilds them?

The main cylinder unit was smaller that what a truck used

The Hyd. cylinder was Chevrolet part # 3733967. the Bendix #377870.The actual Hydrovac parts were sold seperatly.
The parts fit 1957 only.
The unit was availale as a factory installed option on standard transmission cars and available as an accessory for dealer installation for all cars.
I would check with some of then major 1955-1957 parts vendors to see if they can furnish parts.
