I've been reminded that people who use Internet Explorer 8, as their browser, may (will?) experience significant difficulty when trying to log in to Chat... in other words they won't be able to.

So, if you're using Microsoft IE8, then you need to upgrade it or shift to FireFox or Chrome -- both of which are FREE.

And, if you're still using Microsoft XP, then you can't upgrade beyond IE8... so install Firefox or Chrome. Don't fight it, just change horses.
