I belong to a tractor forum: MyTractorForum.com billed as The Friendliest Tractor Forum and Best Place for Tractor Information.
There are several threads there well presented and with good pictures. This one deals with using a digital multimeter to check out a car's electrical system.

Hey... I'm on that forum too, hanging out in the Garden tractor section! I have to start working on this in the spring. I'm going to check out the multi meter test though, and hopefully tackle some gremlins in my convertible...
