I just picked up an original chrome, self-cancelling, 7-wire cloth t.s. switch. Can someone provide me with a complete wiring diagram please? Thank you.

Thanks for the info. It does not match the old (original?) cloth wiring on the switch I have. I am looking for a schemtaic specific to the Guide 6004 7-wire t.s. switch (chrome). Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks.

According to the H.A.M.B., "the guide 6004 diagram can be found in the 49-52 chevy acc manual -as they were an ad on from the dealer".

If that is the case, then this might help:

Thank you--this was a big help. I had to take unit apart and match how wiring was arranged. Original cloth wiring color/markings hard to determine. Mission accomplished!

Yes--it will be a memorable event! Just taking care of a few loose ends before letting the world take a look at this 3-year project! She's a dandy!
