Hi everyone
I just received my new foot brake return spring from Gary Wallace. 31 chev std coupe.

can someone tell me where it hooks to on the frame or???
I know where it hooks on the pedal end.

Stan, if you hold the brake spring in position with it hooked on the brake shaft it should put you in the general location of the hole in the frame were it attaches. I could take a picture in the morning if you need it.

Study the left side of your frame and you will see the hole where the spring attaches.

Duh!!! I should have just looked under the car , sometimes I get ahead of myself, what a no brainer..
what about the battery access door?
do I need to do anything in particular to keep it correct?
I do not have the old floor to pattern after.
