I know that this post is going to disappoint a lot of people that check looking for pictures, but I hope it's the start of something good. We've all heard the commentary on if the G&D should have tour pictures or if it is just "fluff" that gets in the way of technical articles, so I don't want this to start an arguement about that subject. My point is that I enjoy the tour pictures, specificly the pictures of the other members vehicles. What better place to share these pictures than on the forum? As you go back through this section of a forum, there is a surprising lack of coverage of our VCCA events. A few threads link to other sites, but I think that we, the members should make more of a commitment to post pictures of our Chevies at our events. I am going to attempt to do my share, and I hope others do as well. Please, post links to your albums, or post the pics here on our forum for all to see.

I also enjoy the pictures and articles of the tours. It is interesting to see other parts of the country and vehicles from other areas.

I agree about liking to see other's cars. Like at a "photo shoot" type setting, or "on tour" or wherever and whenever. In my region it's mostly about the guys and friendships; but on the net it's mostly about pix. I love 'em....

Tech stuff is great also. But I definitely also like pix!!!

Get ready to drool guys! Kaydene had her camera(s) 'working' constantly at the event. Get ready to see or re-live a great touring meet with 140 of her terrific photos. Kaydene is a real pro with the camera.

Thanks for the nice comment about the 51 wagon Kaydene. Lucky me to be right behind you on the Friday tour.....

Hi Kaydene, Thanks for posting the albums. Both of them are great. I am going to post some of my shots on Photobucket here in the near future. Thanks again for all the help from you and Dan. beermugs

Awesome photos, and great photography work! That's exactly what our forum needs from all ends of our clubs reach! Your photos also convey the adventure of a VCCA tour perfectly!

One small suggestion... Could anyone posting more photos please start a new topic with its own subject line. People looking for these photos will have an easier time finding them if they are under their own subject heading...

These are an excellent collection of photos. I thank all that participated in the event, (photographer and photographed).
I could not attend but now I can almost say I was almost there.

Kaydene, those were great pictures. Very clear and focused.
Thanks for sharing with the rest of us.
Best wishes, Charlie

BTW: Can you ID "42Bill" for me. I'd like to know what he looks like so I can run the other way if I ever see him acoming toward me.

Hey Charlie,

Just noticed I'm in the third picture of Mrs. Fuller's All-Cal pictures posted just this evening. Here's a link to those pictures....

http://vccacolumbiariverregion.org/picts/2010AllCal/

I'm the one who appears to be staring off into space. Actually, I was staring at the smart [bleeped] who'd just made some un-necessary comment about "flat tires on stupid old cars" etc.

At 6' 3" & 270, I probably didn't need it but just moments later me and the tire iron walked over his way and I politely suggested he speak more reverently about "old cars" and "old guys" and so on.

Just thought you'd like to know. Specially seein as how you asked a few days ago.

Bill.

Hey Bill, just checked out those pics. Your wagon looks great... but in the last picture, I think you have the parking brake hooked up wrong!! Is that a rock, or just some trick photography??!!

Hey Sal,

Mrs. Fuller thanks you for your comment.

And we both thank you for posting your All Cal pix tonight. It sure is fun to re-live these fun VCCA events with the pictures on the computer.

We're heading right back down next week. Going to "Woodies on the Wharf" with the Natl Woodie Club. Come up to Santa Cruz if you can. It's a great show!!!

Yes, it is fun to go back and relive some of the moments in your head. We had a great time with everyone. Bill, you must be a night owl to make comments last night after I posted the pictures. Glad that you liked the rehash of more pictures. yay

Sal, another great set of photos. You folks really do live in one of the beautiful areas of your country. Meg and I have been thinking of doing the San Fran to L.A. coastal drive for a while now. It looks even more fun in an old Chevy! Do you think Hertz rents '31 roadsters??!!

Thanks Tony, We had a great time at the All Cal. The weather was great except for one little spot of rain, and the 31 ran just the same. That was a first for my 31, I actually used the wiper yipp and it worked. wow yay

I just baited Ken48 about Chevs and rain only for him to take hook, line, sinker and the rod. Would you have done the same?
But it is good to hear everyone enjoyed the tour despite the damp weather.
