I am about to have my headlight reflectors refinished. The silver is worn through. The cost is about the same for silver or chrome. How much trouble is silver in regard to tarnishing - ie. do you have to polish it frquently? Is the light output significantly affected by chrome plating vs. silver? Thanks, Gene

Replate with silver, the chrome isn't bright and you need all the light you can reflect at night.
