I have just spent three days at the largest swap meet in Ohio and will return in the morning. In all the time I've been there I have only seen seven VCCA members. I know I do not know all the members but I do know quite a few. Where are you?

We are home! celebrating Memorial Day. The kids all drove over to Grandma's house for some of Grandpa's grilled and often burned Bar-be-que, and tater salad!

Everyone must have been with you Mr. Mack. We went back this morning and packed up about noon. Didn't see any VCCA members today.

Jim,
Was the OHIO swap meet like the recent PATE swap meet here in Texas? A lot of people walking the aisles but very few spending money.

dandyd, I'm not sure about others but I was pleased with what I sold. I would have rather sold more. Friday and Saturday was good. Sunday was nothing so we packed it in at noon. I still have some big items to sell.

The road to h--- is paved with good intentions. I had good intentions of going to Springfield Swap Meet. For me, it is a 3+ hour drive one way. But with work, the only day to attend would have been on Saturday. Our local VCCA region had already planned a tour of the Crawford Auto-Aviation Museum's Restoration Facility. So, I gave up my love of searching for old parts and I supported my local region. I was not disappointed. See you next time.

That tells me why some of the regulars were not present. I usually see several from your region. See you in Illinois in September.

I am anxiously awaiting the annual six cylinder tour in Illinois. But first I will visit the annual Central Meet. Finger Lakes Region has put together a great event this year. I hope to see alot of people there. Even though it is a judged meet, it is a great time to get together with the VCCA family.
