Has anybody have anything to say about "Parks Pipes" that advertises in the G & D. Does he make exact reproductions of the 32-36 exhaust pipes?

34 & 35 trucks are the greatest. 36 high cabs are OK too.

I have purchased 4-cylinder exhaust systems from them. Was not at all happy. The person that does the welding must have had a bad weekend. Worst visible welding I have ever witnessed. I would hope that by now the welder should know how to turn the welder on and off.

I purchased pipes for my '32 from them and was very satisfied with them.I already had a NORS muffler and a friend had an original Chev. front pipe.I checked the muffler on his pipe before ordering and the one from Parks fit the same.I did have to expand the tailpipe inlet but all the bends were fine.I found the people at Parks to be pleasant to deal with and had no problems. I would be curious to find out if Ray contacted the vendor and if so how they handled the problem.

Hi steve6,

My experience was several years ago. At the time I had purchased the system from a sub-vendor and shared my thoughts to him. He inspected several sets still in stock and reported the same lousy welding. He also contacted the builder.
