2nd Annual “Hershey Week” VCCA / Keystone Region Picnic

You are invited to the 2nd annual Keystone Region Picnic on Thursday Oct. 5th, 2006 from 6:00 pm until 9:30?. This will be during “Hershey Week” and we are inviting ALL VCCA members who are in the area to our picnic. If you are attending the AACA Hershey meet this year, please plan to attend our picnic. That will be one evening you won't have to worry about cooking or which restaurant to go to. The Picnic will be held at the Campbelltown American Legion Pavilion which is about 5.6 miles from the Hershey show field. Directions can be picked up at the VCCA Tent located in the Red Field at RWC 25-26. Also, sign up at the tent If you need a ride or can share a ride to the picnic. Please RSVP by Oct. 2nd to 717-948-9362 or KeystoneRgnVCCA@aol.com so we know how many to plan for.

So far we have RSVP's from 80 people.

It looks like we will have great attendance and outstanding weather.

Thanks

Back from Hershey and the picnic was great. The weather was good, the food wonderful but most of all the fellowship with all the VCCA members and families is what it is all about. I'll save the final count for Ron.

Ron and all who helped deserve a great big Thanks!

Great Job!!!! The Keystone Region has once again hosted a wonderful gathering of VCCA members during the Hershey show. The food was terrific and the weather outstanding. The best however was the opportunity to spend time with our VCCA friends.

Thank you to Ron Flory and the Keystone Region members!

Thanks again to all who attended and helped to make our picnic a repeated success. It certainly was our pleasure to host the picnic again and we can't wait to do it again next year.

We had approximately 98 names in the "Guest book" plus we had 14 Keystone Region members in attendance. The members of Keystone Region really work together to make this a well oiled machine. We had a few members that even took the day off from work so they could be available to help with the picnic. I am truely grateful for their assistance and dedication.

Sincerely

Ron Flory

Chip,
There will be and information will be at VCCA Space at location RCW 25-26 in the red field. There will be directions there. The member who started this "60" Impala" Ron Flory, was a very good friend of mine, unfotunatly he had passed away this past spring, he is missed by all that knew him.
See you there,
John Mahoney
