May 17th I ordered some moulding clips from these people.

May 24th I had to call THEM, to see what the hold-up was??
I was informed one clip was out of stock, and that I would recieve my order next week.

Now today June 7th I had to call THEM again to see what was wrong now? I was told the clip was still out of stock.

Now I would not have minded if someone had "CALLED ME" just to let me know what was going on.

I cancelled the order. What pathedic customer service this vender provides.

Yea, I thought so too. They came very highly recomended, but the service was, what it was. I run an automotive repair facility, and if I treated my customers like that, I would be out of business in days...

That is exactly who I am posting about! I cannot comment on the quality of there parts. As I could not recieve a part from them in almost a months time. Not even the coutesy of a phone call to explain what was going on? wish could have experienced some that 20yrs of good service?

Sarge, maybe it was just a fluke with your order or a new person working there; it might help both you and them if you email the boss there and explain the problem you had with their lack of service.

Sounds like a company that had/has a good reputation with some others and maybe they would like to have a chance to make things right with you.

They should know they have a problem with customer communications that needs to be fixed. IMHO
